Lahela Garner is an actress, singer, and songwriter. She was born and raised in Hawai‘i on the island of O‘ahu and sparked her love of musical theatre while at Mid-Pacific School of the Arts. As an alumni she performed in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival at only 18 years old.
As a singer songwriter she sticks to her Hawaiian roots and accompanies herself on the ukulele and piano.
Lahela is a graduate of Baron Brown, where she trained in the Meisner acting method. She also studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre - Los Angeles.
Lahela began dancing the hula at age 3. She has also trained in tap and jazz dance, and artistic roller skating.
Lahela is represented by the top agencies in the Utah & Hawaiʻi Markets. She was recently named Top 35 Most In-Demand Actors in Utah by The Utah Film Festival. She can be seen in feature film Edie Arnold is a Loser, which had its World Premiere at SXSW 2026. She had a large supporting lead role in the feature film Keep Coming Back, directed by Mark Rosman, starring Scott Foley, Amy Brenneman, and Meta Golding, to be released in 2026.
